Description
Returns the number of seconds since the beginning of the current O-Matrix session as a double-precision scalars.

Example
If you enter,
     t0 = time
     for i = 1 to 10000 begin
     end
     print "elapsed seconds =", time - t0
 O-Matrix will print the number of seconds required to execute a for loop ten thousand times.

Mlmode
In Mlmode , this function is called cputime instead of time. If in Mlmode you enter
     t0 = cputime
     for i = 1 : 10000
     end
     'elapsed seconds ='
     cputime - t0
 O-Matrix will print the number of seconds required to execute a for loop ten thousand times.
