tangent of angle,
where angle
is a real or double-precision matrix expressed in radians.
The value of tan is unreliable where the cosine of
an element of angle is zero.
Example
tan([-PI / 4, 0, PI / 4])
returns
[ -1 , 0 , 1 ]
