Specifying Value to be Used for Missing Input Data

Description
The missingValue argument is a numeric scalar which is used to replace, or substitute for entries which are not present in input data. When the missingValue argument is specified, a non white-space separator value must also be specified.

Examples
If the file missingdata.txt contains
     1,,,
     1,2,3
     ,1,2
 and you enter
     clear
     read("missingdata.txt", "int", 3, 4, ",", 0, 99)
 O-Matrix will print
     {
     [ 1 , 99 , 99 , 99 ]
     [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 0 ]
     [ 99 , 1 , 2 , 0 ]
     }
