Complex Operations only using Real Part (Mlmode)

Syntax	: < > <= >=
O-Matrix Mode	sequence , ordered

Description
In Mlmode, the following operators ignore the imaginary part of a complex values: :, <, >, <=, and >=. In O-Matrix mode, it is an error to use complex values with these operators.

Example
If in Mlmode you enter
     1 : 2+sqrt(-1)
O-Matrix will respond
     [ 1 , 2 ]
