Logical Operators (Mlmode)

Syntax	expression & expression
	expression | expression
	~ expression
O-Matrix Mode	logical operators

Description
In Mlmode, the logical operators & (and), | (or) and ~ (not) can be applied to character, integer, real, double-precision and complex values (the result is still logical). A numeric value is considered false if it is zero and true otherwise.

Example
If in Mlmode you enter
     ~[ 0 , 1 , 2 ]
O-Matrix will respond
     [ T , F , F ]
If you enter
     [ 0 , 0 , 1 , 1 ] & [ 1 , 0 , 1 , 0]
O-Matrix will respond
     [ F , F, T , F ]
