The Colon Operator (Mlmode)

Syntax	start : finish
	start : step : finish
O-Matrix Mode	sequence

Description
The colon can be a binary or ternary operator in Mlmode. In addition, the result is a row instead of column vector.

Example
If in Mlmode you enter
     1 : 2
O-Matrix will reply
     [ 1 , 2 ]
If you continue by entering
     1 : 2 : 3
the result will be
     [ 1 , 3 ]
