Description
returns a six element double-precision row vector containing the year, month, day, hour, minute and second in that order.

Example
If in Mlmode and at noon on January first of the year 2000 you enter
     clock
O-Matrix will respond
     [ 2000 , 1 , 1, 12 , 0, 0 ]
