Description
All binary operations on character matrices are done on an element-by-element basis.

Example
If in Mlmode you enter
     x = '123';
     y = '321';
     x == y
 O-Matrix will respond
     [ F , T , F ]
 If you continue by entering
     x < y
 O-Matrix will respond
     [ T , F , F ]
