Specifying Tick Mark Locations

Description
Sets the location of the tick marks (for the axis specified in the function name) relative to the plotting region of the viewport. The character row vector location is "inside", "outside", or "across": "inside" places the tick marks inside the plotting region; "outside" places the marks outside the region; and "across" places the marks across the axis (i.e., both inside and outside the region).

Example
If you enter
     ginit
     gplot(seq(10))
the tick marks are inside the plotting region. If you continue by entering
     gxtick("outside")
the x-axis tick marks will be outside the plotting region. If you continue by entering
     gytick("across")
the y-axis tick marks will be across the y axis.
