Removes The Border Around The Current Viewport

Description
Deletes the border around the current viewport

Example
If you enter
     ginit
     gaddview(.25, .25, .5, .5);
     gaddborder
O-Matrix will draw a rectangle that is half the size of the Graphic 0 window in the center of the Graphic 0 window. If you then enter
     gdelborder
O-Matrix will remove the border
