Creates a Full Path File Name

Syntax	fullpath(path)

Description
Returns the full file name, (including path), for the character vector argument path.

Example
If you enter
     fullpath("autoexec.oms")
O-Matrix will respond
     C:\omwin\autoexec.oms
(Provided that you have installed O-Matrix in the default location.)
