Description
Returns a copy of matrix with the columns in reverse order.

Example
If you enter
     x = { ...
          [ 1 , 2 , 3 ] , ...
          [ 4 , 5 , 6 ]  ...
     }
     fliplr(x)
 O-Matrix will respond
     {
     [ 3 , 2 , 1 ]
     [ 6 , 5 , 4 ]
     }
