Easy Dialog Connection Argument

Syntax	easydlg(caption, buttons, message, layout, connection)

Description
The connection argument is a character matrix that specifies relationships between fields in the dialog. Each row of connection and consists of a connection type followed by a list of field names.

Connection Type
The first piece of information in an connection is its type. It is terminated by a comma and must be one of the following:
     "enable"
     "disable" 
     "radio"
Each of the options is described in the corresponding section listed below:

enable	Enable Easy Dialog Fields on True
disable	Disable Easy Dialog Fields on True
radio	Easy Dialog Radio Buttons
