1. Individual, Professional Technical Support: All O-Matrix licenses include free, unlimited, technical support. Technical support can be accessed by phone, e-mail, our Online Support Center or the O-Matrix User Group.
2. Reduced Pricing: Harmonic Software provides significant discounts on O-Matrix and all O-Matrix toolboxes. Harmonic Software does not have separate versions of O-Matrix for academic customers. The academic licenses include the complete product without any limitations or restrictions.
3. Flexible Site Licensing: Harmonic provides department-wide site licenses at prices that are less than a single copy of most analysis packages. Our department licenses provide flexible features such as the right to copy the distribution for use at home and the right to copy the license to any departmental computer without any license key or license software maintenance.
4. Priority Access: Harmonic Software is continuously enhancing O-Matrix and providing new releases. All customers are invited to participate in the beta evaluation of these new releases but academic customers are often provided access to new features even before they are released for general evaluation.
