Description
The Compile command is used to link changes in the model or simulation with the rest of KBF. If you select the Com button in the Command window the following dialog will appear:

Measurement window
Transition window
Simulation window

If you select one or more windows in this dialog, the changes in those windows are linked with the rest of KBF.

Error
If an error occurs while compiling the contents of a window, the error is reported relative to the line number in one of the temporary directory files listed below:
File Window Record
MEAS.OMS Measurement window Measurement record
TRAN.OMS Transition window Transition record
SIM.OMS Simulation window Simulation record
If the error occurs while executing a Compile command, the line number corresponds to the same line number in the corresponding window . If the error occurs while executing a Load command, the line number corresponds to the section of the record that is copied into the corresponding window.

Example
If you load the EXAMPLE.KBF and in the Simulation window you change the statement
     amplitude = 10d0
to the statement
     amplitude = 20d0
and then execute the Simulation command , the values in the State Plot window will still follow a sine wave of amplitude 10. If you then
1. select the Com button in the Command window
2. check the Simulation box and select Ok in the Compile dialog
3. execute the Simulation command
the values in the State Plot window will still follow a sine wave of amplitude 20.
